VISA: has partnered with the Tourism Authority of Thailand to offer cardholders around the world extra benefits and perks while visiting Thailand. The partnership begins with Visa’s sponsorship of the Amazing Thailand Grand Sale 2004, which will run from now through July 31. Visa will draw tourism through advertising, special tour package offers and promotion initiatives and will join hands with leading retailers in Bangkok and nationwide to offer privileges to shoppers.

DELTA: launched SkyMiles Cruises, a program that enables SkyMiles program members to earn up to 10,000 miles when booking a cruse online at skymilescruises.com. The program offers cruise packages from Carnival Cruise Lines, Costa Cruises, Cunard Line, Holland America Line, Princess Cruises, The Yachts of Seabourn and Windstar Cruises.

COCA-COLA: has said that E. Neville Isdell, the new chairman and CEO, formally assumed the position June 1.

TELECOM SBC: has joined loyalty marketing program Upromise. SBC customers earn rebates (deposited into a Upromise college savings account) when they buy long-distance, Internet, DISH Network programming, Cingular Wireless and other services from SBC.
