JACK MORTON WORLDWIDE: New York City, will absorb marketing shop Sports & Entertainment Matters, Boston. Founder Soosie Lazenby becomes VP-strategic brand marketing at Jack Morton. Sports & Entertainment Matters works with consumer brands and represents professional athletes. Its staff moves to Jack Morton’s Boston office Sept. 7.

PUBLICIS DIALOG: Seattle, hired Colleen Fahey as executive VP-director of strategic planning. She had been executive VP at sister agency Frankel, Chicago. Fahey remains in Chicago.

COACTIVE MARKETING GROUP: Cincinnati, named Paul Courtemanche VP-marketing for the agency’s Conventional Marketing division. He had been a VP at marketing shop Northlich, Cincinnati. Courtemanche will manage CoActive’s packaged goods accounts; he replaces James Ferguson, who was promoted to division president earlier this year.

DVC WORLDWIDE: Morristown, NJ, named Jennifer Landers VP-client services for its DVC eXperiential Marketing division in New York City. Landers had been account director at LIME Public Relations + Promotions, New York City.

FRANKEL: Chicago, promoted Chris Tull to director-sports & entertainment marketing, a new post. He had been sports & entertainment marketing supervisor. Tull reports to Jeannie Goldstein, VP-sports & entertainment.

JOHN MATTHEWS: launched retail consultancy Gray Cat Enterprises, North Barrington, IL. Matthews had been president of Jimmy John’s Gourmet Sandwiches, and earlier was VP at gas and c-store chain Clark Retail Enterprises.
