HASBRO INC.: has signed a licensing deal with Thorley Industries, LLC to develop two new yet-to-be-named products to launch this year. Thorley Industries is a consumer products company, which uses low-cost electronics to develop its products. Its initial items targeted the juvenile products industry, which are sold under the name “4moms.” The companies have also entered into a development agreement for additional products to be developed over the next twelve months.
