In the spots, Verdi asks customers why they like shopping at the chain. Taxicabs will run videos of the interviews and a radio campaign will broadcast in the New York Metro area, Boston, Philadelphia, Washington, DC and Syracuse, NY. CAMPBELL SOUP CO.: is rolling out a new line of soup and salsa products unveiled this week at the Food Marketing Institute meeting. The company is introducing Campbell’s V8 soups, a combination of Campbell’s soup and the V8 brand. The products will be available in five flavors: Golden Butternut Squash, Garden Broccoli, Southwestern Corn, Sweet Red Pepper and Tomato Herb. The firm is also producing Swanson stock, available in re-sealable 28-ounce cartons in beef and chicken varieties. Pace Foods is also launching five specialty salads made with ingredients including peppers, asadero cheeses and blue agave tequila. The items are available nationwide in 16 ounce bottles.
