Loved Herschell Gordon Lewis’ column, “New and Improved: A Good Old-Fashioned Homemade Original” (Curmudgeon-at-Large, DIRECT, Sept. 1).
Just as I finished reading it, a TV ad for some brand of car called Avalon flashed on and I really chuckled. They were featuring a redesigned Avalon!
Is that some kind of a “new and improved” Avalon?
