NetCreations is introducing a 13.6 million-record international master file of e-mail addresses. The list was culled from other NetCreations’ files.
These prospects registered on one of PostmasterDirect’s 500 Web site partners. They went through a double opt-in process and said they wanted to receive third-party offers on specific topics.
Registrants come from 235 countries. There are nearly 1 million from the U.K., 968,000 from Canada and 782,000 from Germany. They are business-to-business and business-to-consumer prospects.
Pricing starts at $150 per thousand for consumers, and $250 per thousand for business.
