The Neiman Marcus Group Inc. said it is exploring options for its Chef’s Catalog, including a possible sale, and has retained Elixir Advisors to assist.
Chef’s Catalog now generates roughly $75 million in annual sales. It sells through several channels, including its namesake catalog, its Web site (www.chefscatalog.com), and retail stores.
The alternatives could include a sale, merger, joint venture or another type of business combination, the Dallas-based retailer said.
