Naviant, an e-mail service vendor, has acquired Data One Marketing, Inc., a list management-brokerage firm. Terms were not disclosed.

Data One Marketing, Boca Raton, FL will take over management of Naviant’s postal files. And its 12 employees will move into Naviant’s corporate headquarters in Boca Raton.

Started last year, Data One Marketing provides lists to such firms as Carnival Cruise Lines and Mutual of Omaha, and has relationships with Direct Media, Gnames Advantage and eDirect.

Frank Sweeney, CEO of Data One Marketing, said in a statement that the firm is “in the process of securing list management deals with several leading online and offline marketers.”

Naviant executives warned that more merger announcements are on the way.

“Naviant will continue its aggressive industry roll-up strategy with at least two more acquisitions in the next 90 days,” said Michael Bruaser, CEO, in a statement.

The firm, which collects opt-in consumer data through warranty registrations, now has a database containing more than 60 million consumer profiles. Its e-mail marketing division creates postal records through a network of owned and affiliated Web sites.
