NASCAR Returns for Fourth Season of Fan Days at Wal-Mart

The National Association for Stock Car Auto Racing and Wal-Mart will host the fourth-consecutive year of NASCAR Fan Days to be held next month at more than 2,900 Wal-Mart stores nationwide.

Fan Days begin Feb. 2 and last through Feb. 22, coinciding with the start of the 2004 NASCAR season. Each store will hold a Race Day on Feb. 7, sponsored by NASCAR and Duracell at which kids of all ages can race NASCAR remote control cars in Wal-Mart stores. More than 600,000 consumers are expected to participate at Wal-Mart stores across the country.

Participating partners in the promotion include Gillette, Duracell, Oral B, Coca-Cola, Nabisco, Kraft, Levi’s Strauss Signature, Kodak, ConAgra Foods, Prilosec OTC, Martha White, Hungry Jack, The Wiggles, Springs Industries, Dan River, Wincraft and the Northwest Company. Products from participating partners will be featured in Wal-Mart stores during Fan Days.
