Nearly 90% of mail posted within Europe reaches its destination within three days–which beats a target of 85% delivery set by the European Commission, according to an independent study by Research International. In addition, the group found that almost 99% of European cross-border mail arrives at its destination in less than 90 days. The study measures delivery times and reliability of mail within Europe.
