Monster.com, an online recruitment agency based in Maynard, MA, has opened a multi-lingual call center in Glasgow, Scotland to handle inbound and outbound functions for the U.K., France, the Netherlands and Belgium.
Staffed with 50 people operating in six languages, the call center will handle customer and job seeker inquiries across all of monster.com’s European Web sites. The outbound team will focus its sales efforts on small- and medium-sized organizations throughout Europe. Additionally, monster.com has augmented its field force, adding more than 40 field representatives to reach companies throughout Europe.
