Monster Worldwide, Inc., parent company of the online job search site Monster.com, has acquired Jobpilot (www.jobpilot.com), a European online careers portals, for more than $57 million.
Monster said the acquisition will enhance its presence in Germany and its expansion into central Europe.
The two firms will work together to integrate their operations.
