Merged Database Provides Online Marketing Data

Harte-Hanks Inc., La Jolla, CA, has combined its Information Resources Group End-User Technology database into its Harte-Hanks CI Technology Database. The merged file contains data on 400,000 sites in 25 countries and an additional 150,000 business and technology contacts.

Other new data includes identification of application service providers; the number of information technology professionals at various sites; and site-classification listings, such as “IT host” or “remote.”

lso serves as the backbone for Harte-Hanks’ accessCI International Web site, which provides users with online access to sales and marketing data. The site is located at http://www.hartehanksmi.com.

AccessCI users can create telemarketing lists; mailing lists, analyze market size and growth trends; make sales force territory allocations based on quantifiable prospect data; and generate results for custom projects such as “Lead Machine” and “Lead Generation.”
