Mazda Taps Harte-Hanks for Loyalty Efforts

Mazda North America has tapped Harte-Hanks Inc. to create and execute a loyalty marketing program among new and current owners.

Specifically, Harte-Hanks will use data analytics to qualify prospective owners among leads captured through direct mail, e-mail and telemarketing. The majority of the work will be performed in Harte-Hanks Direct’s Langhorne, PA offices.

Financial details of this agreement were not disclosed.

Harte-Hanks has chosen MindArrow Systems Inc to provide the e-mail marketing Mazda’s customer loyalty and owner-communications programs.

Mazda North America is based in Irvine, CA.
