Lowe Fox Pavlika will merge with APL Direct. The new company, launched yesterday, will be called Lowe Lintas Direct. Daniel Flamberg, who led APL Direct, is managing director.
Lowe Lintas & Partners Worldwide bought Fox Pavlika two years ago. As reported first in DIRECT Newsline, Holly Pavlika, who had been executive vice president and executive creative director of Lowe Fox Pavlika, left earlier this week to become managing partner and creative director at Margeotes Fertitta & Partners, New York. Neil Fox stepped down three weeks ago.
Lowe Lintas & Partners is the advertising arm of The Lowe Group, a member of the Interpublic Group of Companies.
