Pay-for-performance marketing company Dynamic Trade has changed its name to Perfomics.
The Chicago company tracks and analyzes their clients’ acquisition efforts on a pay-for-performance basis. Performics places links to marketers’ Web sites on high-traffic sites that fit the demographic of the marketers’ customers. Marketers pay only when the links generate a sale or a lead.
The company focuses on brick-and-mortar companies and catalogers, rather than pure-play dot-coms.
“We haven’t changed the core essence of what we do, but as we grow we wanted a name that would reflect the client value we provide,” said Kate Bergin, vice president of marketing for Performics. “Our new name illustrates the value we offer by combining performance and metrics demonstrating that we deliver measurable success for our clients.”
