Spam is one of the top two concerns consumers have with their Internet service provider, according to a new study on e-mail and spam by e-mail service provider Bigfoot Interactive.
One in six (17%) respondents say they are dissatisfied with the spam-fighting tool their ISP offers. Spam worries are topped only by speed, with 19% of respondents reporting that they would like faster connection speeds.
“Speed and spam top the list [and] you see these key selling points a lot in the ISPs
