Up to eight inserts will be placed in each package, no larger than 5-1/2 by 8-1/2 inches, weighing no more than .25 ounce.

Questex Media plans to add selections for purchasing influence, types of products purchased, SIC codes, small/big business and others to recently introduced master files. The largest one Questex Media Master File contains 941,563 names of subscribers and attendees. Additional selections are planned for master files identifying middle management and production executives, with 389,000 and 95,402 names, respectively.

Rubin Division to Offer Spam Scoring Service

Rubin Response Services Inc. has launched Personal Marketing Concepts, a new division that’s introducing a spam scoring service, creative consultative and production services. The scoring service involves running e-mail through spam filters to measure deliverability. “It will see how many red flags are raised identifying it as spam,” said Scott Wells, manager of high tech sales and database development. The PMC group will offer Rubin’s existing line of list services, including e-mail messaging and e-mail suppression.

NextMark Introduces Preferred Provider Program

NextMark Inc. has introduced a fee-based service for ranking data cards in search engine results. Data cards from list management firms participating in NextMark’s preferred provider program will receive higher placement in search results. More than 55,000 list and insert programs are maintained in NextMark’s system.

DataProducts Receives DunsRight Accreditation

DataProducts USA, Danvers, MA, recently received accreditation as data broker and value-added reseller of Dun & Bradstreet’s business-to-business database DunsRight. It contains data on 95 million businesses, including home addresses of executives. DataProducts is one of seven authorized data brokers for this database.

Capri Guerrini has been promoted from director of marketing to client marketing manager at ALC Data Management. Her new responsibilities will include overseeing data enhancement and modeling programs.

Parin Mody has been named director of product marketing at DM2. Parin formerly worked at Bridgeport Networks.

Tracy Donohue was appointed vice president of sales at the Catamount Group. Donohue was previously at Mal Dunn Associates Inc.
