MeritDirect now manages several of the Federal Business Council Inc.’s lists. FBC is a trade show and conference producer for marketers and resellers that target the federal government. These lists name information technology professionals. Two new postal and e-mail master files identify 32,859 and 15,000 active attendees, respectively. MeritDirect also will oversee FBC’s older postal and e-mail master files. All include some names derived from FedPage.com lists, which formerly were managed by Edith Roman Associates Inc. The Internet is the sole source.

Those listed reportedly are looking to purchase home sites or existing houses adjacent to golf courses. Seventy-two percent are men, average age 49, with average annual household income of $306,000. The Internet is the source.

James Direct Health Buyers
