More than 8.6 million names are available on the Latin American Countries e-mail and postal master file. Separate files are available for Puerto Rico, Mexico and other Latin American countries. Sources include a network of affiliate Web sites, online and offline surveys, product warranty registrations and public records, including census data. The list owner plans to continue to handle some rentals to end users, while Morgan will focus on working with list brokers.
