They paid $15 for 2-1/2 pounds of coffee and a free coffee maker. Two-thirds of these individuals converted to continuity buyers who pay $28 per shipment. Seventy percent are women. Quebecois DRTV marketer TVA has introduced a package insert program. Between 8,000 and 10,000 packages are shipped monthly to French-speaking consumers in Quebec, Canada. Eighty percent of the customers are women who spent on average $80. Products sold include kitchen appliances, exercise equipment, luggage, jewelry, cosmetics and decorations for the home. Inserts can be as large as 5-3/4 by 8-3/4 inches. The maximum weight is 9 grams.
