Lightbridge Inc., an online payment processing company, has sold its Telecom Decisioning Services business to Vesta Corp. for $2.5 million.
“We will be focused solely on growing and expanding our payment processing business, Authorize.Net, ” said CEO Robert Donahue, in a statement.
