Just want to send a note that I really liked your approach on your Loose Cannon article. That’s a great piece on showing incredible pride and dedication to a business and principle in customer service. A small example to illustrate a larger issue in an even larger world context. It couldn’t possibly have a happy ending but your using it as an example to our industry creates a mirror for lessons learned. Your freedom to do that is in itself a victory.
