K+K America to Acquire National Business Furniture

K+K America has reached an agreement to acquire National Business Furniture for undisclosed terms. Both these direct marketing firms are based in Milwaukee.

National Business Furniture has revenues in excess of $120 million. K+K sells office, warehouse and food service equipment. It mails 50 million catalogs and direct mail pieces annually.

The founders of National Business Furniture George and Julie Mosher plan to leave the firm when the acquisition is completed at the end of this year. No other changes are planned involving the management of the firm and its present employees.
