APAC Customer Services Inc. has named Robert J. Keller to succeed company founder Theodore G. Schwartz as chief executive officer effective March 15.
Keller, formerly president of the Business Services Group at Office Depot Inc., also will serve on APAC’s board of directors.
Schwartz will remain as chairman of the board of APAC, which has approximately 10,500 employees.
