A new investment banking firm, Petsky Prunier LLC in New York, has been formed, focusing on the direct marketing, electronic commerce, marketing service and information industries.
“Mergers, acquisitions and investments in direct marketing, e-commerce and marketing service companies are at an all-time high,” Michael Petsky, co-founder and CEO of the firm, said in a statement. “We will support the growth of these industries by leveraging our unique understanding and knowledge of successful database marketing business models.”
Petsky was formerly a managing director at Gruppo, Levey & Co. His co-founder, John Prunier, was a managing director at Veronis, Suhler & Associates.
