InterSearch Group Joins American Stock Exchange

InterSearch Group Inc. has received a green light for a listing on the American Stock exchange.

The Internet search services and Web site operator firm’s stock will begin trading Oct. 13 under the symbol IGO.

“Trading on the American Exchange will increase the company’s visibility and credibility with the investment community and provide additional liquidity for our shares,” said in a statement Dan O’Donnell, chairman and CEO of the San Francisco-based firm.
