Mitsubishi Motors President of Manufacturing Rich Gilligan has been appointed to replace Finbarr O’Neill as president and CEO at Mitsubishi Motors North America.

O’Neill resigned Tuesday to become president and CEO at dealership software company Reynolds and Reynolds Co.
Gilligan came to MNMA in December 1998 as executive VP and COO of manufacturing. He was promoted to president and COO in June 2001.
Prior to joining MMNA, he spent five years as president of House of Lloyd, a direct sales and marketing company.
Though December was MMNA’s best retail sales month since August, its year-end 2004 sales were down 37% compared to 2003.
