Innovative Health Sciences has acquired Harrington Multi Media Marketing Inc. Harrington Multi Media Marketing and its predecessor company Quantum International have marketed precuts on behalf of pitchmen Billy Mays and Tony Little through infomercials and short-form television spots.
The acquisition price was not disclosed.
Harrington Multi Media Marketing founder Tim Harrington will join Innovative Health Sciences. In addition to his work in infomercials, Harrington teamed with live shopping firm HSN to found HSN Direct in 1994.
