Consumer and business database seller infoUSA said Friday it has completed its acquisition of Mokrynskidirect a list management and brokerage firm based in Hackensack NJ.
The purchase, terms of which were not released, comes about six months after infoUSA acquired Peterborough NH-based list services company Millard Group for $12 million.
Mokrynskidirect will operate under infoUSA
