IMarketing Ltd., an online marketing agency, has acquired TrackingSoft llc, developers of ROIAdvantage (ROIA), a system for tracking and optimizing online marketing campaigns.
Terms were not disclosed.
Previously, IMarketing was an equity partner in the business.
