Brian Laliberte has been promoted to president at Illuminations Inc., a Petaluma, CA-based a candle and home decorating catalog and retailer that was acquired in May by the investment group Madeleine LCC.
Madeleine provided $25 million in new working capital credit to continue operating Illuminations. In an effort to improve profits and competitiveness, Illuminations recently reduced its workforce and closed some stores.
Besides being president, Laliberte will continue to also serve as Illumination
