I Global Direct Media Acquired by Solo Orbit

Fort Lauderdale, Florida- March 1, 2007:

I Global Direct Media, a private U.S. online marketing company, announced today that it has been successfully acquired by Solo Orbit a leading Internet marketing services company. Included in the acquisition is the sister company World Wide Media, an ESP provider. I Global Direct Media and World Wide Media will operate as a subsidiary of Solo Orbit.

Founded in 2004, I Global Direct Media has grown exponentially since its inception. The company has five business units, proprietary technology and 8 staff members. I Global Direct Media will continue to operate as-is from its current headquarters in Falmouth, Maine.
