Hawkeye Acquires UK-Based Custometrics

Global marketing services company Hawkeye Communications, New York, has acquired direct marketing consultancy Custometrics, London. Custometrics specializes in customer data analysis.

The financial terms of the deal have not been released.

Custometrics founders David Payne and Andrew Stracey will be named Hawkeye executive directors and will “work with Colin Glossop, head of Hawkeye Europe, spearheading the growth and development of Hawkeye across Europe over the next few years,” said Hawkeye CEO G. Steven Dapper, in a statement.

Custometrics, which will remain in London, has 12 employees, along with a network of outside consultants. No layoffs have been announced.

Payne, Stracey and Dapper had worked together at Wunderman in the 1980s.
