HasOffers unveils the Offer Exchange (TM)

Today, HasOffers released a feature called the Offer Exchange™ to their nearly 3,000 customers. It allows networks on the HasOffers platform to distribute offers to other networks, quickly expanding their circle of affiliate partnerships and driving incredible profits. It also works in the reverse, allowing affiliate networks to search the Offer Exchange™ for new, high paying advertising offers.

Has there ever been offer sharing on another platform before? Yes, but not like this.
