CoolSavings.com, Chicago, will take advantage of the customer relationship management and database capabilities of Harte-Hanks Inc, San Antonio, TX. The relationship will allow CoolSavings to target its 9 million member database with customized promotional incentives.
The agreement will allow e-tail advertisers using CoolSavings’ permission-based member network to track in aggregate site visitor behavior from initial product interest through purchase.
Both companies will offer each other’s services to their current online and off-line customers.
