Harry & David Holdings Inc. reported catalog, Internet, outbound telemarketing and business-to-business net sales were $47 million for its fiscal third quarter that ended March 31.
The latest quarter’s results reflect a 4.6% increase; compared to the $45 million in net sales it reported for the same quarter last year.
The company said the increase was a result of a reduction in price markdowns and promotional activity, as well as increased shipping and handling revenues.
