Haggin Marketing Inc. has acquired Coupons, Inc., which does business as Getmembers.com. Terms of the acquisition were not disclosed.
The acquisition brings on-demand, quick-to-market direct mail capabilities to Haggin, and gives the San Francisco-based company an East Coast presence.
The new acquisition will continue to operate under the Getmembers name, and will remain based in Atlanta. Steve Freedman, who founded the company in 1994, will remain in a leadership role.
