GSI Commerce Inc., an online marketing services firm, has acquired Pepperjam, an affiliate marketing network and interactive marketing agency.
Terms were not disclosed.
Pepperjam, Wilkes-Barre, Pa., has 48 employees and will operate as a separate business unit of GSI, reporting to Nick Pahade,company president.
