FTC Proposes Raising DNC List Fees

The Direct Marketing Association blasted the Federal Trade Commission’s proposal Monday to raise fees for telemarketers to participate in the National Do-Not-Call Registry.

The FTC has proposed raising the annual fee for telemarketers to use the registry to $45 for each area code of data accessed up from $25 and the maximum amount that any entity would be charged
