Fortis Bank, a financial services firm based in the Netherlands, has chosen PredictiveMarketing, an analytic application from SPSS, to generate its leads. The value of the purchase was not disclosed.
The new system will allow Fortis Bank to analyze its marketing database, automatically predict cross-sell opportunities and attrition risks, and provide targeted sales leads on a bank-by-bank basis to more than 700 account managers across its network.
PredictiveMarketing was generated from an application created by DataDistilleries, a Netherlands-based provider of analytic applications SPSS acquired in November 2003.
