Forrester Research Inc., Cambridge, MA, has acquired Fletcher Research, a British Internet research firm. Financial terms were not disclosed, but Forrester estimates that it will incur a one-time charge in its fourth quarter falling between $500,000 and $700,000 for the transaction.
William Reeve and Neil Bradford, co-founders of Fletcher Research, will continue to head the company, which will operate as a wholly owned subsidiary of Forrester. Forrester’s European Research Center will continue to be located in Amsterdam.
