Fleetwood RVs will be featured as product placements in the upcoming film Meet the Fockers, the sequel to Meet the Parents.
As part of the deal between Universal Pictures and Fleetwood RV, Fleetwood will supply three Pace Arrow motor homes for the production of the film. The RVs will be used for interior, exterior and action scenes and will undergo modifications by Universal to accommodate the production needs of the filmmakers. Fleetwood is also considering additional promotional activities surrounding the film’s December 2004 release.
Specific details were not disclosed, however the Fleetwood Pace Arrow will figure prominently in the story line.
In the sequel, Greg Focker (Ben Stiller) is “in” with his soon-to-be in-laws, Jack (Robert De Niro) and Dina (Blythe Danner) until they travel to Florida in their RV to meet Greg’s parents, the Fockers. Disaster strikes as Greg’s relaxed parents attempt to get along with Pam’s (Teri Polo) parents.
