Fingerhut Direct has mailed two 100,000-piece efforts for a jewelry continuity program. The mailing, which was sent out Nov. 1, is the first since the company was restarted after being closed by its former corporate parent, Federated Department stores, in 2002.
A third effort, also consisting of 100,000 pieces promoting Lady Sterling Jewelry, will be incorporated into Fingerhut remittance envelopes starting in mid-November. Each promotion offers a free first shipment, with only shipping and handling costs required.
The program is being run through Holsted Marketing Inc., a direct mail program manager.
Holsted will coordinate all aspects of the campaign, from advertising creation and production to customer service and order fulfillment.
