Federal authorities have accused a California firm of shipping unordered videos to consumers and debiting their credit cards without permission.
The U.S. Department of Justice, acting on behalf of the Federal trade Commission, filed a complaint against Mantra Films Inc. and its director Joseph R. Francis.
