Experian, has acquired of the consumer credit assets of Credit Bureau of El Paso, TX and Credit Bureau of Lawton, OH for an undisclosed amount.
Included in the transaction are the credit operations and contracts of these organizations, which operate primarily in their local areas. Experian is a Costa Mesa, CA-based credit and business information company.
