Barbara Tulipane has been named president and chief operating officer of the Electronic Retailing Association. Tulipane has been with the ERA since 2000 as executive vice president.
Tulipane replaces Elissa Matulis Myers, who stepped down from the position, according to a statement from the Arlington, VA-based organization.
“We thank Elissa for her six years of service and dedication,” ERA chairperson of the board Linda Goldstein said in a statement.
