EHarmony has named Jaynie M. Studenmund president and chief executive officer effective Feb. 1.
She brings 25 years of executive operating and marketing experience to the company.
Previously, she was a board member for Countrywide Bank, AQuantive Inc., Western Asset, and Forest Lawn. Until early 2004, she was the CEO for Overture Services Inc., a pay-for-performance search service, now part of Yahoo. Before that, she was the president/COO of PayMyBills.com, a bill management service on the Internet.
