e21, an e-business agency based in Fremont, CA, has merged with eServiceOffice, a Los Angeles-based Internet systems provider for $5.8 million in stock.
This merger will reportedly enable e21 to offer complete e-business services to its clients by adding eServiceOffice’s e-commerce engine technology.
eServiceOffice will become an e21 regional office and take on the name e21soft to denote its focus on Internet software technology.
