E-Trade Looks For New Agency to Strengthen Brand

E-Trade Group Inc. has begun searching for a new ad agency to handle the creative on its national account.

Pam Kramer, chief marketing officer, said in a statement the company wants creative it can leverage across multiple communications platforms.

“We’ve been very successful at building our brand and our customer base,” she said. “Now it’s about connecting with consumers in a more targeted way.”

Goodby, Silverstein & Partners, San Francisco, has been E-Trade’s creative agency of record since 1999 but has chosen not to participate in the review process. Select Resources International has been retained to manage the search process.
